Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible to request an exchange if:

Your request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item is in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

The original tags and packaging are intact.

The item was not purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer (unless explicitly stated).
We offer a one-time exchange per order. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
Exchange Process

Initiate a Request:
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred item for exchange. -
Ship the Product Back:
Once your exchange request is approved, you will be asked to courier the item back to our address. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. -
Receive Your Exchange:
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch your new item. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

We do offer refunds, exchanges or store credit.

If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or opt for store credit.
